Nantua Les Deux Chardonnay

Giaconda Nantua Les Deux Chardonnay is a blend of 95% Chardonnay and 5% Roussanne sourced from adjoining Beechworth vineyards. The soil is granitic loam over decomposed gravel and clay.

The grapes are handpicked, lightly crushed and basket pressed. The wine is transferred to French oak barrels to undergo primary and malolactic fermentation naturally. It is then aged for 18 months.

Golden green, Giaconda Nantua Les Deux Chardonnay has an assertive core of stone fruit and citrus flavours with bright acidity and flinty mineral notes. Cellaring potential is five years.
